Happy Earth day!

Check out some of the fun ways you can help the Earth!
My son came home from kindergarten and had this great plan to clean up trash outside around town, so after I take the kids to the library we are going to see how much we can pick up. They are also excited to do the "energy hogbuster" activity on this website.
Comment and let me know what you did to celebrate Earth day! I would love to hear your ideas for next year.

1st BIrthday fun!

Trying to get him to blow out the candle.

It took him a while to dig in, then he just went for the Oreo cookie after mushing cake with his fingers.

Easter Enjoyment

Kids 1&2 are from another planet.

Kid 3 found the first egg. They were right at his level.
He didn't even care to find the basket.

Peep Wars!

It was a tough tournament this year!
Green lost every single time ( my team!) Many of the peeps just exploded.
Overall I think that blue won this victory, (Kid #2's team)

Boy stuff...

In the interest of equal time, we're interrupting all this girly stuff with some evidence that the boys are still around, doing guy stuff like...

uninhibted eating

playing with power tools (ok, it's a small power tool)

and detective work.

Name that tune...

Kid 1's elementary school Morning Sing debut.

Pinewood derby, girl-style

Kid 1's custom pink cruiser with the coveted fuzzy green steering wheel option stunned the crowd at this week's Pinewood derby.

The car is the product of weeks of intensive design and engineering work.

She made the top bracket in this close race, but got knocked out by the car that ended up taking 2nd place.

Town egg hunt

Last Saturday we scored big at a community egg hunt.

Of course, we got plenty of jelly beans.

But Kid 1 also won this giant basketball game contraption that now occupies our front porch and entertains the whole neighborhood.

Trouble with a capital 'T'!!

He finds something new everyday.

This is a constant. We can't leave the door open for even a sec.
He also like to escape out the front door, climb the stairs, play in the toilet, pull down books and plants,
He is the destroyer! I knew this was coming, but I don't remember it being this big of a pain!
Maybe, #1 wasn't that bad and things were more baby proof when #2 came around.

I didn't know he was an artist.
We were lucky, the older kids never wrote on the wall.
He is not quite one yet and we definitely have to keep an eye on this one.

We did have a good day outside in the sand box yesterday.
#3 fit right in and played for an hour with the other kids, without eating the sand.
He loves to play outside... he fits right in with the family.
